		NICK JONES Nick Jones is a committed foodie and a gourmand. His passion for food and wine grew and developed while working in the financial sector in New York, Tokyo and Hong Kong. Now he lives in South West London and can happily dedicate most of his time furthering his culinary knowledge, cooking, eating and some would say, his hedonistic lifestyle.

		Nick Forde Born in London and raised in the New Forest, Nick Forde acquired the taste for venison, pheasant and Strong’s Ales. During his banking career he lived in London, Athens, New York and Los Angeles, eating prodigiously for business and pleasure, thus acquiring the taste for a wide range of cuisines, becoming a true global eater.
