Born in London and raised in the New Forest, Nick Forde acquired the taste for venison, pheasant and Strong’s Ales.
During his banking career he lived in London, Athens, New York and Los Angeles, eating prodigiously for business and pleasure, thus acquiring the taste for a wide range of cuisines, becoming a true global eater. |
